On the metro infrastructure in Ghaziabad
“We have already executed first phase of metro line from Anand Vihar to Vaishali. In the second phase we are taking metro from Dilshad Garden to Ghaziabad new bus stand through Mohan Nagar. In the third phase we are planning metro line from sector 62 Noida to Indirapuram CISF Road further there is a proposal in pipeline from Indirapuram CISF Road to Link Road and Vaishali to Mohan Nagar. These pipeline projects are under the preparation of DPR.”
On sewage and drainage management
“We have constructed many sewage treatment plants like at Dundahera, three in Indirapuram, one in Govindpuram, one in MadhubanBapuDham and last for Raj Nagar Extension area in Noor Nagar.”
On NH 24 Road status and Noida to Indirapuram connectivity improvement status
“Meerut Road to NH 24, we have already constructed six lane link Road connecting NH 24 to NH 58, railway over bridge (ROB) is under progress, will be completed by December 2015. Regarding connectivity of Noida to Indirapuram the work is already under progress near JPIIT sector 62, Noida connecting Indirapuram also that will make access easy.”
On development plans
“Infrastructure of Ghaziabad like metro, elevated Road, widening of Roads, development of crossings is under progress and connectivity to Delhi will be better in next two years that will lead Ghaziabad ahead.”
On Ghaziabad’s upcoming infrastructural/road projects and their impact on real estate
“Elevated road from UP gate to Raj Nagar Extension, new metro projects, NH 24 to NH 58 link Road improvement of crossing and widening of Roads like Meerut Road etc.”
