3. What Is The Area of The Flats?
   Generally, housing projects claim for providing a number of amenities, such as amphi theater, sports club, swimming pool etc. However, you do not know the area for these utilities is cut from your super built area. Hence, it is ideal to always confirm the total carpet area of the flat.
4. Ask For the Copy of Agreement
   Most builders will hesitate to share a copy of the agreement with you, because majority proportion of the agreement is generally written in favour of the builder. Once the payment is done, you won’t be able to do anything. This is why it is better to ask for the agreement’s copy.
